It’s that time again! Two weeks of dumb shenanigans while I do work on the script and storyboards for the next chapter. For this break it’s gonna be all me in my undies! Or more specifically, my avatar.

Shit was getting annoying with the issues with square space’s default comment system, so I swapped it with the free version of Disqus. This meant all the old comments are gone. Whoops!

At least things will work correctly now. Maybe. Hopefully.

Edit: No, wait, that causes additional problems. Guess I’ll just turn off comments entirely for now and deal with it later.

All the winter weather shenanigans is over, so the comic will now resume!

Yadda yadda no comic update due to winter shenanigans. Thankfully I’ve had power most of the time during all this (or maybe not when I see the electric bill and the 1000% price increase), but currently my water is shut off as a few pipes burst around the apartment complex and they turned it off for everyone. No estimation on when it’s coming back. Also internet’s been down, so posting this on my phone. I only get 2 gigs of data a month so trying not to burn through it super fast.

It’s between chapter time, so you know what that means!

It’s time for pinup drawings to allow me to focus on writing the next chapter’s script, along with doing a few storyboards before getting lazy! I brought back the super omega poll on Patreon, where people voted for which characters would wear bodysuits of other characters!

The results were pretty predictable.

As you can see, there’s no update today as I was tired working by myself at work and didn’t have the willpower to draw the comic. At the same time, last week I had taken a update off for my birthday. Because the Christmas picture is going up today, that means the break update is happening Sunday/Monday. Because of that, there won’t be a new comic page until next week. Guess that means no new pages until 2021! Welp, enjoy the holidays!

It’s one of the earliest examples of anime parodying other anime, with references to things such as Fist of the North Star, Captain Harlock, Harmagedon, Macross, and more! Its soundtrack was also produced in California, with Samantha Newark of Jem and the Holograms fame providing vocals. It’s goofy and dumb and half its run time is an extended fight scene.

Kevin also keeps some Project A-Ko art hanging in his bathroom.

I took a week off after the chapter ended for a break. I’ll have the usual between chapter pinups on May 8th and the 11th, and then the start of the next chapter on May 15th! In the meantime, you can watch Urusei Yatsura Movie 2: Beautiful Dreamer.

Whipped up this little drawing of Kevin/Doris yesterday that I thought was cute, so why not slap it onto a t-shirt!? Now you can wear Kevin/Doris on your clothes, AND have something people can google later after seeing it and go “Oh… So that’s what they like to read, huh?” Order a t-shirt today! My personal preference is the charcoal heather t-shirts. They’re pretty comfy, and I wear a couple teepublic shirts using that shirt as the base on the regular. The image quality has held for over a year and a half already using that particular one. But hey, that’s just my anecdote. There’s also stickers, tapestry, posters, magnets, a square pillow, and more in case you’re into that sort of thing.

Also added three of those MMORPG pinups from last year as posters. Didn’t include the Elaine one as I don’t like the drawing and it needed some work, and honestly I’m lazy, so fuuuuuck it!

So, as you know, I had commissioned a friend of mine to do 4 pinups. However, due to issues, the last two have yet to be completed. I cannot tell you when they will be finished. Tonight was suppose to be when pinup 4 was to go up, but it’s not going to happen. Due to how the blog system works on Square Space, I can’t reorganize blogposts after posting them. What I’ll wind up doing is either put the remaining two pinups on the current page beneath the Elaine pinup, or I can make 2 blank pages with nothing on it and put the pinups in when they’re delivered. Regardless, the cover for the next chapter will be posted Thursday night as intended and the comic will resume as normal. I apologize for the inconvenience.
